We are an Australian-owned online store offering unique gifts for both humans and pets. We operate under Australian law and comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

If a product is faulty or significantly not as described, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair. We cannot exclude or restrict these rights.

4. Product Use
We aim to present product information accurately. Please note that colours and packaging may vary slightly from images shown.
Pet Product Disclaimer:
Always supervise your pets when using our products. We are not responsible for injuries or damage caused by unsupervised use. We insist pets are not to be left alone with toys, collars, harnesses, bow ties, bandanas and should always be supervised. Our toys are not for children.

5. Pricing & Payments
• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
• Payment is due at checkout.
• Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

6. Shipping
• We ship within Australia only, using Australia Post.
• Delivery timeframes are estimated only, we aim to ship your products within 2 - 5 days.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post.
• Please check your shipping address carefully – incorrect addresses may result in undelivered orders.

7. Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns on:
• Any pet products ( toys / gift sets/ harness sets / beds / mats / tents / bow ties / bandanas )
For faulty products, your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply.
Shipping back to us at your own cost for any returns of refunds.

8. Promotions
Promotions and discount codes are valid for a limited time and may not be used in combination unless specified. We reserve the right to withdraw offers at any time.

9. Intellectual Property
All website content – including images, text, logos, and designs – belongs to Keisha kat and is protected under Australian copyright laws.
No content may be used or reproduced without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages from the use of our website or products.
